Thank you for considering me, Zak Perry, as your artist for your upcoming project. It's essential that you read all the information on this page, as it outlines my entire booking process.
Working Hours:
Zak is available from Monday to Friday, with all appointments set to commence at 11 am.
How to Book an Appointment:
To schedule a session, please fill out the form on this page, ensuring you provide all the requested details. Upon receiving your request, it will be reviewed. Zak will select projects that align best with his artistic direction and expertise. Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment.
Preferred Projects:
Zak's preference leans towards black and grey realism. While he greatly appreciate artistic freedom in project requests, he is adept at and enjoys working on portraits, animals, dark themes, nature scenes, and more.
Consultation:
For local clients — defined as those living within a 30-minute radius of Broken Arrow Tattoo Co., located at 3018 Graham Rd, Stow, Ohio, 44224 — an initial consultation is required. If an in-person meeting is not feasible, please let us know and we can set up a phone consultation. Consultations are scheduled between Monday and Friday at 10:30 am or on a specific Sunday after my booking cycle concludes. Do remember that consultations are by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted to maintain an orderly process.
Retainer:
A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer of $300 is required to secure your session(s) with Zak Perry. For back to back sessions, a $600 retainer is essential. This amount will be credited to your final session's cost. Please bring the retainer during your consultation. We favor cash payments to avoid extra fees from electronic transactions. Ensure you only send the retainer or any other payments after receiving clear directions to do so. Card payments are not accepted.
Pricing:
Costs differ based on the intricacy and size of each tattoo. Zak charges mostly day rate sessions, which encompasses 6-8 hours of tattoo work, you are not charged for setup time or standard breaks. for sessions that do not reach the time frame of a full day the price will be adjusted to an hourly rate. Regardless of the project, every booking with Zak is scheduled as a Full Day Session, we ask all clients to treat each session as if it will be a full day session to avoid any time issues for your appointment. ​

Please note: Due to high demand, not every request will receive a response. My assistant and I are only able to respond to requests that will be taken on. If your request is selected, you will receive a response typically within 4-6 weeks. If you do not receive a response, then your request was not selected but we sincerely appreciate your interest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
